We specialize in manufacturing Grade 8.8–12.9 special fasteners, non-standard custom parts, and steel structure fasteners for industries including automobiles, motorcycles, engines, gasoline engines, wind power equipment, hydropower, nuclear power, construction machinery, steel structure facilities, rail transit, petrochemicals, railways, bridges, and home appliances.
Chongqing Standard Fasteners Industry Co., Ltd. (CFIC), a wholly state-owned enterprise under Chongqing Machinery Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., traces its origins to 1966 when several standard fastener manufacturers relocated from Shanghai to Chongqing, and was formally established in 1982 through the consolidation of 16 local and relocated fastener producers. Transitioning from a managerial body to an entity-based enterprise amid market reforms, the company relocated its headquarters and subsidiaries to Jiangjin’s Shuangfu and Luohuang industrial parks between 2013 and 2017, and was restructured as a limited liability company in January 2017. As a major specialized fastener manufacturer in Southwest China, CFIC holds prominent industry positions, including executive director of the Fastener Professional Association under the China General Machinery Components Industry Association, and is a preferred supplier to China North Industries Group Corporation. With assets totaling RMB 550 million, over 1,000 equipment units, an annual capacity of 1 billion pieces, and more than 500 employees, the company produces 8.8–12.9 grade special-purpose fasteners, non-standard profiles, and structural steel fasteners for automotive, motorcycle, engine, wind power, hydro and nuclear power, construction machinery, rail transit, petrochemical, bridge, and household appliance sectors. It operates two production bases in Shuangfu (RMB 76 million registered capital) and Luohuang (RMB 70 million registered capital), and houses a municipal-level technology center with nearly 60 R&D personnel, certified under ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001. Recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in 2018, a Chongqing “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” enterprise in 2020, and a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2022, CFIC received CNAS national laboratory accreditation in 2023 and successfully expanded its CNAS-accredited testing scope in June 2026 to include neutral salt spray and torque coefficient tests, among others, covering materials, nuts, washers, fastener assemblies, and connection pairs. The company has won numerous innovation awards from the China General Machinery Components Industry Association for products such as stainless steel fully threaded hexagon head bolts for nuclear power (M52×160), fully threaded screws (M20×L100-1000), wind power hexagon head bolt series, automotive wheel hub bolts (M10-M14), cylinder head bolts (M10 series), and structural steel hexagon bolts (M24-M30) for bridges and wind power. Notably, its independently developed M72 series high-load bolt connection sets for large offshore wind turbine towers meet demanding requirements for high strength, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance, filling a domestic gap. Committed to the business philosophy of “customer first, professionalism, integrity, and excellence,” CFIC aims to build long-term cooperative relationships with domestic and international partners to achieve mutual success.
